silver
when silver is exposed to moisture, it tarnishes. to slow down the process try keeping your silver pieces in zip lock bags. since silver is a soft metal, shine with a silver cloth to avoid scratching.
gold-filled
due to the high gold content in our 14k gold filled metals, they will not tarnish.
stones & shells
if the stones pick up oils or dust, simply wash with mild soap and warm water. dry well.
leather
leather sometimes absorb oils and scents, we recommend you return the jewelry to us so we can restore the leather to new. (fees apply)
repair and loss
minor repairs, such as reattachments, wire re-sculpting, etc, are complimentary. (shipping fees apply) all other repairs and replacements will be charged accordingly.
